EZ Machine Inc. was founded in 1972 by Dale Emerick. Putting his skills to work, Mr. Emerick developed his business by engineering and building machines and attachments to suit his customers manufacturing needs. Several of the machines he built are still in operation today. In time, many of his customers began requesting finished product as well as machines. E-Z Machine has been producing high quality precision parts and components since then.
Today, the executives in our organization have more than seventy years of combined experience in the screw machine industry including many years of actual "hands on" experience operating screw machines. When you discuss your needs with us, know you're talking with someone who has the expertise to deliver the products and services you require. At E-Z Machine we strive to understand your company's needs and we work diligently to meet them.
In today's economy we at E-Z Machine Inc. understand the importance of having the product when the customer needs it. We are located in Rockford, Illinois. This allows us access to many services offered locally, while others may have to access these services out of city or even state. Another way we meet our scheduling commitments is by completing both primary and secondary work IN-HOUSE. Not only does this allow us to make deliveries on-time, it also helps us maintain more efficient cost controls and higher QUALITY standards. In today's competitive marketplace, acceptable quality is not enough. Today's customers want both high quality products and individualized service.
E-Z Machine Inc. offers a variety of services to meet the needs of each individual company. For example, when we've been awarded a contract we often take over the management of an entire job. This relieves our customer of the need to continually check on the progress or to worry about problems or details. In other cases we visit our customer's plant to recommend the product modifications or production techniques that result in lower fabricating costs. We work with customers to ensure that their needs are met with the most cost-effective materials, equipment, and personnel available.
E-Z Machine, Inc. was practicing JUST-IN-TIME inventory management long before it became popular. In fact, our reputation is built in part on our record of delivering parts on schedule, when the customer wants them. Our customers know they can count on us to deliver quality parts when they are needed.
